We work alongside other organisations in the education sector, such as the Local Governance Association (LGA), County Councils Network (CCN), National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT), Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL), National Education Union (NEU), National Governance Association (NGA), and Early Years Alliance (EYA), to raise awareness of the key issues and challenges in Early Years, Schools and SEND, and to influence change and improvement.

We meet with Ministers, MPs, policy advisors, decision makers and members of the Department for Education to share our local authority, school and special educational needs expertise and insight, including around the complexities of education funding, and to share how we believe reform can lead to improvements that will have the biggest impact.

Our aim is to effect change for the good of all schools and pupils across England.
