Consultation on School Funding 2011-12: Introducing a Pupil Premium

On 26 July 2010, the government launched a further review of school funding which seeks views on the proposed arrangements for the operation of the pupil premium and the distribution of the Dedicated Schools Grant for 2011-12. The relevant documents can be viewed here:

On the 30 September 2010, a delegation from f40 travelled to London for a meeting with the new Under Secretary of State for Schools, Lord Hill of Oareford. The notes of that meeting can be viewed here.

On 16th November 2010, f40 sent a letter to Lord Hill in which the Group expressed concerns about the way in which the discussion about the future of education funding were progressing. The group sought an urgent meeting with the minister.
