Update on formula review process October 2009
This paper, prepared by f40's financial consultant Lindsey Wharmby, presents an update on the formula review process as of 20 October 2009.

Questions submitted to the DCSF
One of f40's Executive Committee (Tony Norton, North Lincs) recently presented a series of questions to the Schools Minister, Jim Knight and received the following response, with a series of spreadsheets. The department has not answered every single question, but what has been supplied will be of interest to many f40 authorities and School Forums.

On the 8th March 2010, the f40 Group wrote to the Secretary of State for Children Services to query the delay in launching the Formula Review consultation and also brought to his attention a wide range of additional Cost Pressures which are beginning to stack up and which will potentially have significant impact of f40 authorities.
