Consultation on the future Distribution of School Funding (2008-2010)
In late 2008, the government launched a major review of the DSG funding formula. This continued throughout 2009, with the government commissioning research and gathering evidence from local authorities and special interest groups, including f40.
On 15th March 2010, the government announced the outcomes of its review and formally launced a three-month consultaion on its proposals for a new distribution formula. This review closed on 7 June 2010. Click for background to the review and summary of responses.
