Special Conference 3rd November 2009

The conference was staged in the Convocation Hall at the Church House Conference Centre, Westminster on Tuesday 3 November 2009.

F40 viewed this funding review as a one-off opportunity for the Group to influence and shape future funding arrangements and ensure that they are fit for the priorities and challenges of the next decade.

Vernon Coaker MP, then Minister of State for Schools and Learners, plus then shadow ministers Nick Gibb MP (Conservative Party) and David Laws MP (Liberal Democrat Party) presented their positions on the funding review and answered questions from our members.
